A Typical Session

Awaken Balance Revitalize
Structural Integration sessions last about 60 - 75 minutes. At the beginning and end of each session we will evaluate your structure standing and moving. You will be engaging in movement on and off the treatment table during the session to help facilitate the process and increase awareness. You will be asked to wear full coverage undergarments, lightweight shorts and a bra or a 2 piece swimsuit, during the sessions. My touch may range from very gentle to quite firm depending on your needs.
Structural Integration works best as a series of 12 sessions that sculpt the body into healthy alignment, restore balance and allow more freedom and potential. You are welcome to try a few sessions to see if the work is appropriate for you.
