There is great truth to the maxim 'the body heals itself' and my goal as massage therapist and structural integrator is to help people heal themselves. I graduated from KMI Structural Integration taught by world renowned Rolfer, Tom Myers. My Massage Therapy training and Yoga Teacher training were completed at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. My background also includes a B.A. in biology from Ohio Wesleyan University and A.D. in nursing at University of Maine. During 17 years of working as a nurse I found massage to be the most healing and nourishing treatment I could offer. Structural Integration takes that healing deeper. I am also an artist, dancer, and musician.
I have boundless interest in learning about the body and exploring ways of helping people heal so my continuing education is plentiful. I'm currently studying visceral and peripheral nerve manipulation. I've also studied the following...

Clinical Flexibility, Tim Agnew
